The SV-3MD comes in 3 colors, silver (S), gold (N), and blue (L). RXD-SV3MD is stamped on the main body. The blue variant was a limited special edition.
It is the successor to the SL-3MD and equipped with D-BASS II and Preset Room EQ that allows you to select the optimum sound effect based on the configuration of the room.
It can also connect to the Kenwood HD20GA7, a 20GB MP3 player connected using the PNC-150 link cable. By connecting to the dedicated input terminal equipped on the front of the main unit, you can control the play/pause, FF/Reverse, and folder skip operations with the HD20GA7.
